Hey guys, I’m Will. I’m a British 4th year mature international medical student (yes, I know, that’s a lot of adjectives!) studying at Medical University Varna, Bulgaria.

I built some blogs back in the day, did some travel, explored life, that kinda thing. Typical wanderluster and reformed journalist with a liberal arts degree.

Anyway, welcome to the site of this non-traditional med student who’s overly curious.

I hope you’ll join me as I discover new things, adjust to life in med school and share what I’m learning about healthcare, medicine, becoming a doctor and all the challenges involved.

I’m interested in many topics; study advice, personal development, productivity and entrepreneurship. As well as random questions most people have about being or becoming a doctor!

To learn more about how I got started studying medicine later in life go here. If you want to learn more about my professional background check out my profile on LinkedIn. I like to write and educate.

If you’re looking for some great resources to help you study better and save more time in med school check out my recommendations page. These are hand-picked resources that are helping me do well academically while holding down various paid gigs.

Also; I’m a friendly dude happy to chat. So if you want we can do that? Hit me up.
